Commission Terms and Conditions

Will draw:
✔ OC, Humanoid, Anthro, Furry
✔ Fan characters are ok but only for PERSONAL use
✔ BL, GL, HetWill NOT draw:
✘ Mecha, machines, detailed armor
✘ NSFW (only open in auction)
✘ Gore
✘ Complex backgroundTOS:
A) General
1. Commissions and the price listed are for personal usage only.
2. Commercial usage commissions will be charged at a different rate.
3. WIP/drafts/linearts will be sent, edits are allowed at these stages.
4. Minor edits are allowed at completed stage.
5. Turnaround time usually ranged from 1 month ~ 6 months.
6. I reserved the rights to refund and cancel the commission under emergency circumstances, but only after notifying and discussing with commissioners.
7. I reserved the rights to include the commissioned piece for portfolio and commission samples display purpose.
8. I reserved the rights to not accept commissions if the commissioner seemed suspicious or had been in commission PSA.
9. Commissioners can request for refund (partial/full- depending on commission progress) if the commission took more than 6 months to be delivered.B) Payment
1. Payments are upfront and only in USD and via PayPal for now.
2. Commission will not start until full payments are received.
3. If chargeback happened after commissions are delivered, the user/account will be blacklisted permanently instantly.
4. Invoice will be issued for payment and record purposes.C) Turnaround time
1. Due to real life full-time work, commissions have slight chance of taking longer to be delivered.
2. When the above happens, commissioner have the rights to ask for full refund if the commission is in WIP/draft stage.
3. I am extremely sorry for this possible risk... ; ;D) Commission format
1. Commission will be in PNG format, 300dpi.
2. Size mostly larger than 1200px in width.
3. It is okay to request for the commission to be drawn in certain format like A5, B4 for printing purposes if the commissioner wished to print out the commission piece for personal use. Ex: Postcard, bookmarks for friends.
